Mu husband and I started working with Lana in July with a goal to purchase a home by the end of this year. Lana worked with us on figuring out what we needed to do to get his credit score in a good spot and once it was there she gave us the pre-approval with an FHA loan. Once we got into the underwriting, Dustin and Nicole hopped in to answer questions and get us to the clear to close. Lana, Dustin, and Nicole were so helpful and I appreciate their patience with all of the questions we had during this process. We just closed on our first home in Texas a few weeks ago and I don’t think there was anyone else that could’ve made either of us feel better throughout the entire process. I’d recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

We have worked with Jason on two home purchases now and he has been excellent both times. He and his team are so organized and communicative. Jason was able understand our financial position/goals and explained options to us clearly. We received easy instructions about what information to provide throughout the process, and his team helped to keep us on track, even with short deadlines on a 30-day close. Things got a little tense when a few last-minute changes to the contract came up due to sellers not having enough time to complete a required repair. We negotiated a new seller concession two days before close and Jason was able to get our numbers updated and approved without delay. He just gets it all done, and during the whirlwind of home buying, there's nothing more helpful than knowing that the loan piece is solid. I highly recommend Uptown Mortgage!
